Do you charge just to come out?
There is a service call fee, and it is waived when you approve the repair on that same visit. You always hear the price before any work starts.
My spring snapped. Can I still open the door?
Don’t force it. A door with a broken spring is extremely heavy and the opener can be damaged trying. Leave it shut and call us.
Do you work on gates or commercial roll-up doors?
No. We are residential garage doors only — sectional doors and openers. If you need a gate or a roll-up, we’ll tell you straight so you don’t waste a visit.
